Caroline Leaver studied ancient history at Exeter University and trained at Barlow Robbins where she qualified in 2003. Caroline worked with Jonathan Golden at Solnick LLP before co-founding Golden Leaver LLP.

Caroline advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law. She specialises in advising businesses on a broad range of issues including workforce changes, day-to-day HR matters and workplace disputes as well as drafting and advising on employment contracts and policies. Her clients include companies in retail, property, communications and distribution.

Caroline also acts for a number of charities particularly in the fields of education and religion, and counsels senior executives on exit strategies and termination packages.
