Jonathan Golden studied philosophy at the Universities of York and Berkeley, and trained at Manches where he qualified in 1987. Before founding Golden Leaver LLP, Jonathan was the Managing Partner of Solnick LLP and head of its employment team.

Although Jonathan advises on all areas of employment law for both employers and employees, he specialises in negotiating termination packages for senior executives and advising on large-scale redundancies and company restructures. Jonathan's clients include service sector businesses, engineering and manufacturing businesses, and financial and professional firms.

Jonathan also deals with director, shareholder and partnership disputes.
