Jonathan
Keighley qualified in July
2007 having previously worked for several years
with various London Local Authorities before
he studied law at London South Bank University
and gained a first class honours degree.
Jonathan has experience in advising and representing
employees in a range of claims including unfair
and wrongful dismissal, TUPE and the full range
of discrimination law. He regularly advises
on exit packages and compromise agreements.
Jonathan also advises employers on how to manage
the complete HR process associated with redundancies,
performance problems and disciplinary issues.
